Clarity on Medical and Travel Insurance

    Medical Insurance Requirement

The medical aspect at this stage refers primarily to a medical fitness certificate (fit to work).
This is a standard requirement to confirm that the candidate is physically able to perform job duties.
It is part of the general employment eligibility process.

Travel/health insurance, on the other hand, is typically arranged at a later stage, closer to the visa
issuance or travel date, and is not required for the initial application submission. This is done by the applicant.

    English Proficiency (Minimum A2 Level)

If the candidate already speaks English, this fully satisfies the requirement.

A2 is simply the minimum benchmark, so if they are comfortable communicating in English,
    no additional language is required.

Medical Fitness Certificate (Fit to Work)

This is a standard medical check confirming the candidate is fit for employment.
It is usually obtained from a licensed medical provider.
